With its most robust branch, SPOFEC, which focuses on heavy Rolls-Royce customizations, Novitec is back into the limelight with a new tune-up program on the already exotic Ghost Black Badge Series II, a luxury sedan that was given exceptional details at the front end and given a power injection under the hood.

Talking about power, the Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge Series II has been provided with power under the hood. This implies that it can produce a total of 696 horsepower and 1,002 Nm of torque with a couple of other mechanical upgrades in order to achieve an ECU remapping.

This is a very impressive juice of the well-known 6.75 liter twin-turbo V12 engine of the car, it takes the car 4.3 seconds to accelerate between 0-100 km/h with a top speed of 250 kph. This may not be so impressive as some may say, but as the size of the sedan can guarantee, it is something out of the ordinary, good news.

Ride height is lower, too. The Ghost Black Badge Series II by SPOFEC sits 1.4 inches (35 mm) closer to the road, which should help the car respond more cleanly when direction changes matter. The wheel setup plays a role there as well.

Speaking of wheels, Novitec`s partnership with famous wheel specialist Vossen has proven quite successful so far. And this ride here is also another example of a job well done. The model sits on 9.5×22-inch wheels wrapped in 255/35 tires, while the rear gets 10.5×22-inch wheels with 285/30 rubbers. Novitec also says this exact combination “optimizes the handling.”

Inside, the cabin comes with an orange and black leather tone, while a black headliner carries the familiar starry sky feature. The RR logos and most of the interior presentation look almost untouched, or at least close to untouched, although even the source itself leaves room for doubt there.

The exterior revisions stay within a familiar tuning language but still alter the shape noticeably. Large front air intakes are joined by vertical LED position markers, and the tuner says the front fascia becomes “more striking” as a result. Those changes are not purely decorative either, since the package also reduces nose lift at high speeds. Novitec refers to the parts as having “OEM quality.”

At the rear, the trunk receives a new lip spoiler, while the diffuser can be specified either with or without openings for two exhaust outlets. Rocker panels extend the visual length of the body, and the stainless steel sports exhaust system is available in two versions, including one fitted with active valves.

This particular car wears glossy black paint, silver wheels, and a thin orange pinstripe that breaks up the dark surfaces more than expected.
