No one’s ever complained regarding the speed and performance of the F90 BMW M5. With its 600 H.P. 4.4 -liter twin-turbocharged V8, the stock M5 is capable of 0-60 mph in underneath 3 seconds and might get astonishingly close to 200 mph without a rev-limiter. However, this HPT-tuned BMW M5 is a completely different beast.
The HPT BMW M5 makes a whopping 865 H.P., sports an Akrapovic exhaust, a custom ECU, and a transmission tune. so it’s seriously quick and it sounds excellent. Whereas the stock M5 sounds good, the Akrapovic tune really wakes the monster V8 up and allows it to essentially shout. In this video, we get to see the HPT BMW M5 do some rolling drag races, beginning at 50 km/h (14 mph) and racing until the 1,000-meter mark. The quickest the M5 was able to clock was 285 km/h (177 mph) within the 1,000 meters, which appears seriously fast.

To visualize just how fast this M5 is against its competition shows just how high its tuning potential is. it would seem crazy to assume that a car with 600 H.P. and a sub-three-second 0-60 mph time has to be tuned however once it’s so easy to make, frankly, unpleasant power figures, it’s exhausting to not be tempted by the concept.
This car is one quick beast on the road and any street racer should run when they see one. You will expect stock performance and you will be surprised by the power and the torque of such a tuned monster, and the fact that you don’t know what’s under the hood, the main cause being that it’s not a very common tuning, it makes it even more interesting.
Rolling and drag races are not new for such models as they’re also being tested on the drag strip as you can see in the video above, but unlike any other special supercar, this one can wreck any production car in its category on the drag strip.
