The G87 BMW M2 has already proven itself to be a natural platform for tuners, yet this particular build from Precision Sport Industries has evolved far beyond a simple bolt-on project. It began as one of the first lowered G87 M2 examples in the world, then moved through several distinct phases, wearing the full M Performance carbon package, later an MHC carbon kit, and even becoming the first U.S. customer car fitted with an Akrapovič exhaust. It also debuted the first ADRO kit at SEMA before reaching what is, at least for now, described as its “final form,” defined by a full Vorsteiner carbon widebody conversion, a completely bespoke interior, and more than 700 horsepower on tap.
Exterior
The transformation centers around Vorsteiner’s G87 carbon kit, which reshapes the M2 with a vented hood, widened carbon fenders, sculpted side skirts, a deep front lip, a carbon trunk featuring a molded ducktail, and an aggressive rear diffuser described as one of the wildest fitted to any current BMW. Precision Sport Industries added M Performance carbon air ducts along with carbon-barreled HRE 520 CRBN wheels to complete the stance.

The finish is Moon Gem, a Porsche PTS shade that was not selected lightly, as the shop worked through samples and scale models before the customer approved the direction. After Ultimate Auto completed the paintwork, certain carbon sections were intentionally left exposed for contrast, allowing the Vorsteiner kit’s lines to stand out from every angle. The car received a PPF (protection paint film), followed by correction, and the final stage, ceramic coating.
Interior
Inside, the standard comfort seats gave way to OEM carbon buckets, which were sent to BMW Restored Seats in Connecticut. Seats, inserts, bolsters, and door cards were reupholstered in Moon Gem leather and gray Alcantara with matching Moon Gem stitching. The headliner and A/B/C pillars were removed and replaced with perforated Alcantara, while previously installed pieces such as the AutoID Alcantara steering wheel and the Future Classic short shifter remained in place.
Complete Powertrain Information
Under the hood, the factory plastic engine bay was replaced with Eventuri’s full carbon system, including the intake, engine cover, and CSL-style carbon strut brace. Supporting the flex-fuel tuning strategy are a CSF Radiators front-mount heat exchanger, a charge-air cooler, Injector Dynamics injectors, a Visconti sequential port injection kit, and a Visconti low-pressure fuel pump. The DME underwent a FEMTO unlock, after which Cary Jordan at JordanTuned developed a custom flex-fuel map, resulting in output listed as over 700 horsepower.

A PTB Racing twin-disc clutch manages the torque, while AST 5300 competition coilovers form the backbone of the suspension. Braking and wheel hardware include Tarox two-piece rotors, PSI SP1 pads, PSI stainless lines, a stud conversion from Motorsport Hardware, and titanium wheel nuts, with Akrapovič octagonal carbon tips tucked beneath the new Vorsteiner diffuser.
Conclusion
With assembly complete, the car departed Orlando for its new home up north, and while it is currently referred to as its “final form,” the history of this M2 suggests that evolution has rarely been permanent.
