There is something deliberate about the way dAHLer approaches the BMW M4 Competition Convertible G83. The numbers increase, yes, and quite substantially, yet the structure underneath remains untouched in principle. This is not a dramatic overhaul; it is an engine performance tuning module designed to integrate with the factory setup rather than override it.
The upgrade is TÜV-approved and EPA-compliant. It actually works with models built before 2020 that came out as xDrive and RWD variants. The module, developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany, positions itself as a controlled evolution rather than a risky leap.
Complete Powertrain Information
We already know that even in stock form, the M4 Competition came out with an impressive 510 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. However, with the tuner`s upgrade kit, this power output increased to 612 horsepower, achieved at an impressive 6,250 rpm.
As for torque, the tuner also achieved some noticeable changes; we are dealing with a maximum of 750 Nm of torque, available at an expanded range between 2,750 and 5,730 rpm.
Also, BMW software updates do not affect the tuner`s power system, and retain full factory diagnostics and service access, being undetectable to plug-in diagnostic readers. Installation and Technical Details
